Leon Teo spent twelve years in Japan — eight at a Michelin-starred kaiseki kitchen in Kyoto, four managing the sake program at a standing bar in Osaka. He came back to Singapore to open the bar he couldn't find here. Ori has no cocktail menu, no house infusions, no specials board. What it has is a rotating list of eighty-plus sakes and a counter where you can ask questions if you want to.

Eighty-plus sakes by the glass. The list rotates weekly as batches arrive from four producers in Niigata, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. Leon pours whatever came in that week.
