The Client

A premium F&B brand ready to scale online

Our client is a premium F&B brand with three Singapore locations, known for its dine-in experience. They wanted to grow delivery and catering revenue online, but lacked the campaigns and measurement to do it with confidence. For an established F&B brand, the dine-in business was strong but finite (three locations can only seat so many guests), so the next phase of growth had to come from channels not capped by floor space: delivery and catering. Both were natural extensions of a premium reputation, but the brand had been treating them as afterthoughts rather than a real growth engine. There were no structured campaigns driving online orders and, more limiting still, no reliable way to measure what was working. Spread across three locations, two revenue streams and several platforms, marketing spend disappeared into a fog: the team could see total sales but not which campaigns, locations or offers were generating them. Without that visibility, scaling felt like gambling. What the brand needed was a coordinated, measurable program that could grow delivery and catering with the same confidence it ran its restaurants, knowing exactly what each dollar returned before committing more.

Premium F&B brand, three Singapore locations.
Strong dine-in reputation, limited online revenue.
Goal: scale delivery and catering through digital.
No attribution: couldn't see what marketing actually drove sales.
The Challenge

Big ambitions, no measurement

Three gaps stood between the brand and scalable online revenue.

Problem 01

No full-funnel campaigns

Sporadic boosting and one-off ads couldn't reliably drive delivery and catering orders at scale.

Problem 02

No attribution

Without proper tracking, the brand couldn't tell which channels or campaigns were generating revenue.

Problem 03

Channels working in isolation

Meta and Google ran separately, with no shared view of how they combined to drive sales.

Our Strategy

A measured, full-stack growth program

We built coordinated Meta and Google programs on top of proper attribution, so every dollar could be measured and scaled. The foundation had to come first: before scaling spend, we built full attribution tracking across every channel, so revenue could be credited accurately to the campaign, location and offer that produced it. That single change turned marketing from guesswork into a control panel: budget could now move toward what was demonstrably working and away from what was not. On that foundation we built coordinated Meta and Google programs designed to carry a customer from awareness all the way to a completed order: awareness-to-conversion Meta campaigns for delivery and catering with creative tailored to each location and offer, paired with Google campaigns capturing the high-intent searches of people already looking to order or cater. Because the two platforms and three locations were run as one system rather than separate silos, spend could be balanced toward the highest-returning combinations in near real time. The results were substantial and fully accounted for: across a single financial year the program drove S$720K in attributed revenue at a 4.1 times blended ROAS, scaling delivery and catering across all three locations, growth the brand could see, trust and keep compounding because it finally understood exactly where it came from.

01

Full-funnel Meta program

Built awareness-to-conversion Meta campaigns for delivery and catering, with creative tailored to each location and offer.

02

Intent-driven Google program

Captured high-intent delivery and catering searches with tightly structured Google Ads and local targeting.

03

End-to-end attribution

Implemented full attribution tracking across channels so revenue could be credited accurately and budget moved to what worked. For a related example, see our full-funnel case study.

The Results

Measurable outcomes that changed the business

In a single financial year, the brand attributed S$720K in revenue directly to the programs, at a 4.1× blended return. Just as important as the headline number was the operating change beneath it: with revenue attribution finally in place, the brand could plan delivery and catering marketing as a predictable, ROI-driven line of the business rather than an experiment, deciding where to scale next from evidence rather than instinct.

Key Takeaways

What We Learned

Measure before you scale

Without attribution, more spend is just a bigger guess. Setting up tracking first turned every later decision into a choice between known returns.

Treat each location and offer as its own campaign

Delivery and catering customers want different things, and each location has its own audience. Creative and budgets tailored to each combination made the spend work harder.

Meta creates demand, Google catches it

Meta put delivery and catering in front of people who were not yet looking, and Google captured those already searching to order. Run together, each made the other more efficient.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Catering searches are high intent, so Google captures them well, while Meta builds awareness with offices and event planners. Both ran for this brand.
We combine platform reporting, tracked links and offer codes for each campaign and location, so each order can be matched to its source as closely as the platforms allow.
Attribution is usually in place within the first month, and campaigns optimise over the following two to three months. This brand measured its results across a full financial year.
They do different jobs. Meta creates demand from people who were not looking yet, and Google captures people who already are, so most F&B brands get the best return from both.
