Parents in Singapore have a long list of enrichment options, from coding and robotics to art, music and sports. Searches like enrichment classes singapore draw around 210 a month, but most parents also discover centres through Facebook and Instagram, compare a few, and book a trial class before committing to a term. The centre that makes booking a trial easy on a phone usually gets the first visit.
This centre ran coding and robotics classes for children aged 6 to 14 across two branches. It spent S$2,400 a month on Google and Meta ads that sent parents to the homepage, where class details sat in a PDF and the booking form had nine fields. The site took 4.6 seconds to load on mobile. Ads brought in about 34 trial bookings a month at S$71 each, and 38% of trials became enrolments.
| Metric | Month 0 |

| Monthly ad spend (Google and Meta) | S$2,400 |

| Cost per trial booking | S$71 |

| Trial to enrolment rate | 38% |

We reviewed enquiry calls and messages with the centre team to list what parents ask before booking: age suitability, class size, schedule, fees and what a trial involves. We planned one landing page per programme around those answers.
Parents decide quickly on a phone. A page that answers their top questions in the first screen gives them the confidence to book a trial. It also gave the centre's own staff a clear script for the questions they did not want to answer on every phone call.
We designed and built three fast landing pages for junior coding, robotics and holiday camps, each with photos of real classes, a schedule by branch, fees and a three-field trial booking form.
Cutting the form from nine fields to three removed most of the drop-off. Real class photos showed parents exactly what their child would be doing. Each page also showed the nearest MRT and parking for both branches, which parents with young children often asked about.
We rebuilt the Google Ads campaigns around programme and age searches, and the Meta campaigns around parents near each branch, with each ad sending people to the matching landing page.
A parent searching for robotics classes for a nine-year-old should land on a robotics page that mentions that age group, not a general homepage. Matching search terms to programme pages also lifted Quality Scores, which lowered the cost of each click.
We set up instant WhatsApp confirmation with directions and what to bring, a reminder the day before the trial and a follow-up message after the class with the enrolment offer.
Reminders cut no-shows, and the follow-up caught parents while their child was still excited about the class. Trial to enrolment rose from 38% to 46%. Parents also received a short note from the teacher after the trial, which made the enrolment offer feel personal rather than automated.
We tested headlines and hero images on each page, and shifted budget towards holiday camps ahead of the school holidays.
Enrichment demand rises before school holidays. Moving budget early filled camp places before competitors raised their spend. Early budget shifts also meant the centre filled its holiday camps weeks earlier than the year before.
Five months in, the centre received 81 trial bookings a month instead of 34, at S$34 each instead of S$71. With better follow-up, 46% of trials became enrolments, so new enrolments rose from 13 to 37 a month. Ad spend rose by S$350 a month, and the new landing pages loaded in 1.8 seconds on mobile. The centre team also spent less time on the phone answering basic questions, because the pages now answered them.

Ads pointed to matching pages, and trial bookings passed 60 a month.
81 trial bookings and 37 new enrolments a month.
Age, schedule, fees and what happens at the trial are the questions parents ask first. Putting those answers at the top of the page made booking a trial an easy decision.
Cutting the booking form from nine fields to three removed most of the drop-off. Anything else the centre needed could be asked at the trial.
Reminders and a follow-up after the class raised trial to enrolment from 38% to 46%. More trials only matter if more of them become students.
